Community Guide for Implementing the Undetectable=Untransmittable (U=U) Message

This guide helps community-based organizations communicate the U=U message clearly and effectively — the evidence-based fact that people living with HIV on effective treatment with an undetectable viral load cannot transmit the virus sexually. Built on Prevention Action Campaign's U=U resource guide and shaped through consultation with Mozambican CBOs, PLHIV networks, the MoH, National AIDS Commission, UNAIDS, PEPFAR, and implementing partners, it offers plain-language science, audience-specific communication tips, tested community mobilization strategies, tools for creating materials, adapted M&E methods, and ready-to-use templates — all aimed at reducing stigma and building safer, more informed communities.
